Finally, my 8 weeks stay at nee soon camp has finally come to an end. I am a certified para medic and combat medic. Seriously, i will miss the days there. This week is practically a break for me in my ns life. This is the only week that i thoroughly enjoyed NS life. i had nite's on tues and wed. Night's out at thurs and not to mention, a long weekend. The lowest point to this enjoyable week is that it drained my resources away. - . - Went to KTV on tues, thurs and fri.. Went to Zouk on wed. Talking abt zouk, this is one of the very few nite which i can go clubbing on a weekday. Though not a frequent clubber, to be able to come out of camp and enjoy some civilisation made me felt good. Heh...
The outing with the medic platoon was good. We had a great time stacking each other. SMU fresh grads there muz be wondering why on earth is 6-7 guys piling onto another guy. Haha. Well, i guess this make us army men. Graduation dinner at suntec was filled with mixed feelings. One hand, its good to get together, on the other hand, itz sad that some of us need to part with each other. Especially the senior specialist. Itz not often u meet them and tok to them as frenz... Able to attend the course with some of the special forces people made me felt honoured.
Finally comes sat. Slack the whole day until evening. Accompanied a fren to buy stuff for his bf whois in my camp! Haha.. Seeing a usually 'tough' gal panicking abt wat to buy for his bf for the visiting on Sunday was funny. But isnt it sweet to have a gal worrying abt u and trying her best to make her bf as happy as possible? Talked to her for most of the day and found out some shocking stuffs. Relationships can change a person. Be it good or bad. Well that marks wat that have gone tru for the week. And i shall resume my normal cdo life from next week onwards. The start of a medic life, 'So He May Live'....
